Townhome Amenities

We purchased our townhome in March 2021 and have completely redecorated the home and added new amenities.

For your convenience we provide a high chair, Pack N Play, and two strollers.

Free WiFi internet (up to 500mbs up and down). The living room and each bedroom have a TV. All TVs have free cable. Each TV offers access to apps which allow you to log in and use your own Disney+ or Netflix accounts. Also in the living room are board games and books for your entertainment.

Upstairs there is a brand new (purchased March 2021) full size washer and dryer for your convenience (you will need to provide your own detergent). Bath towels and pool towels are provided for your use. A hair dryer is available for use in each bathroom. Save room packing!

In the kitchen we have all brand new appliances (purchased March 2021). The refrigerator includes an ice maker. For your convenience we provide dishes, utensils, toddler utensils and dishes, pots and pans, mixing bowls, hand mixer, blender, cutting boards, muffin pan, wine glasses, and more. For coffee drinkers we have a regular coffee maker and a Keurig.  We also provide a slow cooker and waffle maker.

If you want to swim but do not want to walk over to the community pool this townhome features its own splash pool! A small pool on the back lanai just for your own personal use. The pool was resurfaced in August 2021. The pool is approximately 10' by 10' in size and 4' deep. Ask in advance for FREE pool heat! Perfect place to relax after a long day at the parks. There is a pool gate and alarm on the sliding glass door for safety reasons. DO NOT disable the alarm. Please remember to always put the pool fence back up when the pool is not in use and children are not being supervised. No rear neighbors!

The Tiki Room is a "self-catered" vacation home. You will be provided a starter set of things such as toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and hand soap, however you may need to purchase additional items for your stay.
